Due to the difference in Video, mobile displays, and wood color and type, the actual stain color may vary from the ones shown on our Finishing Page. If you have concerns, please call us.

All designs, sizes, curves, and angles may be subject to change at any time and are not always represent the picture of that item. We do our best to keep up to date.

Expedited to Fast Track:
We do our best to ship as fast as possible. All Expedited Orders get Fast-Tracked to the front of the line. We Don’t Rush your order, we just build it and stain it as soon as possible. If It’s Clear Coated, then Boxed and shipped the fastest available carrier. Continental USA only. We reserve the right to cancel this service on some orders due to shipping costs exceeding our estimates.

Returned orders due to a customer entering the incorrect shipping address:
Oops, I mistakenly entered the wrong shipping address for my order.

First off, we are sorry that this happened and we understand mistakes happen. We want to do whatever we can to get your order on its way back in your direction ASAP! However, we are asking you, the customer, to understand that we are a small home-based business and every time we have to re-ship an order, we end up losing money on the sale. Not just the profit, but losing money. We would like our customers to review and please be understanding of the following policy:

If you have made an error in entering your shipping address, we will send you a message, asking you to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned to us. We understand that this means we have to inspect, re-box, and re-label with the correct ship to address. If this isn’t your preference, the other option would be to refund your order, less our cost of shipping and a 25% penalty, because we now have to re-sale it as a return.

This Policy is not our preference, nor is it our first choice. However, the simplest solution to this problem is to carefully enter and review your address as you’re placing your order. If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us immediately, and we would be happy to fix it. Orders are started within hours of receiving them, so it is good to check and verify your ship to address ASAP.

Stolon and Theft:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to assure the delivery address location is safe. Please be sure, that someone will be around when it is delivered.

Should you choose to return an item for any reason, Robinson’s Woodcrafts offers returns for items 30 days within the order’s ship date.

Our Return Policy is simple:
You may return your merchandise (at your expense) for a REFUND up to 30 days within the order’s ship date, excluding the original shipping we paid shipping your order to you. All returns must be reported within 14 days of receiving your merchandise. Item must be returned in its original condition (not previously assembled, obviously used, or abused) Original Shipping charges to you, Handling fees and Custom Orders are not refundable. A 25% restocking fee may apply on some items. (i.e. Custom orders, refused items, or the wrong item ordered.)

If you had previously ordered an item and it is found to be defective or does not meet your approval for some reason. We may at our discretion, make and send you another like item. You will be charged at this time for the cost and shipping of the second shipped item. Once we have received tracking information and or the first shipped item back, we will refund you accordingly.

It is important that once you receive the return label, you should re-pack the item securely and ship it back to use within the expiration date on the label which is usually 7 to 14 days. After that, we are to assume you are keeping the previously sent item.

Re-box the item /items in the same box that was used to ship it to you. Please re-pack securely, filling the extra room around items with packing foam. Secure tightly with packing tape.

Please note, that any item being returned without foam, may not receive a full refund.

If you would like to reorder another item, include the item # and quantity desired.

Upon receiving your item, we will have to contact you to arrange a REFUND. All Refunds must be credited back to the original credit card or Paypal account used to purchase that item. We do not keep Credit card numbers on file.

Refunds are usually done within 48 hours. An e-mail will be sent to tell you that it has been done and a total refund.
